Tot Trade Charlotte Families, first and foremost, thank you for choosing to participate with Tot Trade Charlotte. There are a lot of children’s consignment sales out there and we appreciate your continued support over the past six years. Tot Trade Charlotte continues to grow in size and popularity and for that we continue to do our best to serve our consignors, volunteers and shoppers. Tot Trade Charlotte supports area church sales that have serviced the community for years and their mission work.
More and more moms are discovering Tot Trade Charlotte and we hope that you will all continue to tell your friends and come see us at the fantastic facility we call home, the Cabarrus Arena & Events Center! We know you will love the FANTASTIC facility, easy access and extended SCHEDULE!
Tot Trade Charlotte Shopping:
Tot Trade Charlotte is excited to announce that we have added another shopping day to the sale! In addition, we will have extended hours for all of our shoppers including early morning after you drop off the children at preschool and church to the late night shoppers with extended work schedules or juggling family schedules!
We have streamlined our floorplan with all small toys, accessories, and Mommy’s Mart in the front of the building, racks and large ticket items such as strollers, exersaucers, high chairs, etc. are located in the back. We have a total of 17 registers including 9 registers in the front of the building with 2 express lanes and 8 registers in the back if you have purchased a big ticket item.
Children are welcome during the sale. If possible, we ask that children be carried in a carrier or backpack. If you need to use a stroller it will be tagged at the door. We have a nursing area for your convenience.
Tot Trade Charlotte accepts MC/VISA/CASH Only. Please note due to the nature of the sale All Sales are Final. We recommend that you bring a basket tied with a belt to carry your purchases.
Don’t forget for expecting moms consignors offer a great selection of maternity clothes. Make your lists before the sale so you will be sure not to forget anything that you will need this season!

Tot Trade Charlotte continues to work each season to streamline our check in and pick up process. Even in thunderstorms, with our drive through drop off, consignors are greeted by volunteers who assist you and unload your car! This season our goal is to
- Added shopping day to sale through more of your items
- Continuity and more training with drop off inspectors
- DVD, CD, GAME & Breast Pump Inspection/Drop Off
- Floor plan of the sale to expedite drop off of non-clothing items including volunteer assistance
- More staff and volunteers who will work to scan items in a timely manner
- More frequent uploads of scanned tags
- Continue to streamline the pick-up process including volunteer assistance and phone call reminder. Please be sure your information is up to date
- Longer pick-up hours
- Faster check processing process

Thank you for some fantastic feedback regarding volunteering at the sale. Lee Anne will be implementing some of your suggestions this season including a FAQ sheet that will help you assist customers when they ask questions.
Please remember, volunteers will receive 1 PASS for Tot Trade Charlotte’s presale. Moms who volunteer work hard to manage their schedules and work their shifts and in an effort to be fair to them Tot Trade Charlotte has implemented this policy.

Consignor Fee Schedule
Tot Trade Charlotte is growing by leaps and bounds! We can’t believe that we filled over 70,000 square feet at Cabarrus Arena & Events Center. Each season we offer an early bird registration. Please see our consignor fee schedule for this season! Take advantage of registering early this season! Due to the space planning, staff and volunteer scheduling to accommodate the sale, consignor fees are non-refundable.
$5.00 Early Bird: May 1 - 31, 2010
$6.00 Registration: June 1, 2010 – August 1, 2010
$7.00 After Drop Off Starts: August 1-2, 2010
WEEKEND SCHEDULE:
MOMS: Tot Trade Charlotte has heard your repeated requests and we are SO EXCITED TO offer an extended schedule. We have added another day to our sale schedule including morning hours and late night shopping. Working Moms at home and Working Moms at the office can all find a time to drop by the sale....FREE ADMISSION! Schedule a babysitter or schedule some daddy time for the children now, grab your girlfriends and let's make it a date!

Tot Trade Charlotte has bargains galore...but Discount Day is FANTASTIC! This is quickly become a popular shopping day!
This season Tot Trade Charlotte will offer a weekend discount day: 50% off select merchandise: Sunday, August 8, 2010 doors open 10AM-5PM
Please remember, consignors set the price and choose to discount their items. Tot Trade Charlotte's discount is on select items, items that do not have a ND (NO DISCOUNT) under the price!
